Booking & Reservations

• What do I need to reserve a shuttle?

You’ll need your complete pickup and drop-off address, flight information, an email address for your personalized pricing and confirmation, and a US mobile number or WhatsApp number if you’re an international traveler.

Passengers & Luggage

• What is the luggage policy?

Typically, 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on per passenger are allowed. Extra or oversized luggage may incur additional fees — details are provided when you book.

• Traveling with children

Bring your own child seats if needed. The driver has the right to refuse the ride if passengers do not comply with car seat laws.

Changes, Modifications & Cancellation

• Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

You can make changes or cancel your booking, but modifications must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes may also affect the fare and will incur an amendment fee.

• What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Service fees are non-refundable as they cover card processing. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may not be refunded.
